2008- 09 OWP  Registration information

OWP is made up of members clubs and affiliate programs. Most individuals register with a club or affiliate which they train and compete with. This process can be done online.
OWP created a procedure that allows new individuals members to register and existing members to renew their registrations with their club.

MORE ON INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS
If you are not a member of an OWP club but wish to be an individual member of OWP just select ‘UNATTACHED OWP’ as your primary club. Your membership will be approved once the individual fee has been received the Ontario Water Polo Administer.

CLUB, SCHOOL or Group Registration

The New ONLINE Database will lessen the administration demand of the member clubs of Ontario Water Polo entering their members personal data on the Database. Plus the system also provides member clubs added features to improve their daily operations:

Communication tool will allow the club registrar to send emails to the entire club, selected members or selected groups (i.e. all bantams, parents, all recreation members, etc…)

The communication tool will also allow each club to communicate with other member clubs of OWP and their club contacts.

The sorting features can quickly allow you to see current members, inactive members and pending registration.

Alumni listing. This will easily enable schools and clubs to keep a listing of alumni and communicate with them about the current events and alumni socials.
