NCCP Coaching Courses
The Coaching Association of Canada has developed a new model for coaches education.
The new NCCP model is made up of three streams and a total of eight contexts, each with its own coaching requirements. Each sport is responsible for identifying how many of the eight contexts are relevant to their sport. Below are the descriptions of the Streams, the Contexts, the courses offered by Ontario Water Polo and the Models created by Water Polo Canada.

I Love Water Polo Coaching Courses
Ontario Water Polo have created a coaching course made for the coaches for the non-contact 'ILWP' program.
Information on ILWP coaching courses can be found on our calendar or on the 'ILWP' pages.

Registration Documents for Coaches
Coaches join Ontario Water Polo with the Online system. For every registered coach who participates at a provincial or national sanctioned event they must provide their a signed copy of the Canadian Coaches Association code of conduct each year to their club registrar.

Coaches Association of Ontario
The CAO is an independent, non-profit organization providing representation and recognition for coaches in a variety of contexts. This association is ”coach-led” and accountable to its members who are "coaches" in all sports.
