All OWP member clubs must fill in this form EVENT SANCTION FORMand send it to the OWP office at info@ontariowaterpolo.cato ensure approval and insurance coverage for all OWP and WPC members.

It is hoped the new online event system will be completed in the near future.

All member clubs will be notified of any changes.
